Maintenance does a thorough inspection of each apartment after move out and repairs any damage, including holes in walls, repaints the apartments, and inspects and repairs appliances. A professional cleaning company is then sent to deep clean the apartment and a professional carpet cleaning company after that.
Residents are not required to be home, but we must get written notice of permission to enter.
Yes, regular maintenance Monday- Friday from 8am-5pm. We offer 24hr emergency maintenance as well.

Residents would contact 24hr maintenance line for emergencies. There is a $50 lockout charge for after-hour calls.
There is a bus stop in front of the office doors during the winter months and a bus stop less than a block south.

Our community is located at 2226 Reagan Avenue. You can access the propery from I-80 by taking exit 102 onto Dewar Drive. You will take a left onto Dewar then a right onto Foothill 2 lights down. You will follow Foothill up past two more streelights before taking a left into the property
